The house has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 with bath tubs, one with shower) plus a maid's quarters with bath. The Master Bedroom has huge bathroom and large wardrobe area. The third bedroom and bath is in detached bungalow (detached guest room). All bedrooms are carpeted, and there are ample indoor and outdoor storage areas.

Suvana House is a one story, western design, custom built house which was completed in July 2005. Complete attention to detail was incorporated in the design and construction of Suvana House. It is a completely walled property.
The house uses double wall construction and well insulated ceilings. Due to its construction, the house is cool year round, but has remote control fans in two bedrooms, a 12 BTU A/C in the master bedroom, and ceiling fans in the living area, dining area, kitchen, and the huge covered terrace. All windows and doors are screened, and all door and window frames are made of hard wood that has been treated to prevent insect and wood rot.
The house makes beautiful use of grade "A" tile throughout. All lighting is recessed in the ceiling, there are ample interior and exterior electrical outlets, and there are ample hose bibs in the yard.
There is battery-powered emergency lighting which comes on if power is lost.
