The living area is part of the open floor plan which contains the living area, dining area, and kitchen.
The living area contains two comfortable sofas, a reclining chair, and a coffee table.
There is a large, floor-to-ceiling cabinet (see 2nd picture below) which holds the TV, DVD and stereo systems plus ample storage for various media (DVD, CD, etc.).
The living area has its own ceiling fan to provide a cooling breeze when desired.
The lighting is all recessed in the ceiling, as can be seen in the pictures.
The living area has windows on two sides, one of which looks out to the rear yard and terrace and the other looks out to the side yard.
