Suvana House has a detached building which contains (one side) the maid's quarter and (on the other side) a storage room and outdoor bathroom.
This design places the maid's quarters facing away from the house and terrace, which provides privacy for all parties.
Also, the outdoor bathroom is right beside the terrace, so guests have easy access to a bathroom without having to enter the house.
The outside bathroom has a toilet, wash basin, and shower. Hot water is supplied from the house water system.
The maid's quarters contain a small bedroom area and a western-style bathroom.
Depending upon the owner's preferences, the rooms in this building could be used as a detached office, a spare bedroom, or as currently designated.
